You are part of a really big thing called Life. Pause and appreciate this.
Four big things to appreciate as you build your big-things-appreciation-muscle:
1) almost every night you can look up and see the moon even though it is 238,900 miles away
2) physics - how all stuff works and what we are made of
3) economics - how stuff counts and how we count it
4) the oceans - and their relentless tides that surround us
Pause, take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth, and wonder at how your body knows how to do this and a million other things, and just wonder at the BIG awesomeness of being alive.
